Most of our time in Sweden was spent eating.. and doing some cooking. Anna, Johan and Karl-Oskar came down for the weekend so we spent some time at Knipehall. Had a big dinner Saturday night to which Palle surprised everyone by turning up to! That's my uncle, my dad's older brother that we had stayed with just a couple of weeks earlier in Italy. He hadn't been in Sweden in 6 years but was there just over the weekend for a job interview.

Went in to Karlskrona one day to show Dave the town and I needed to go shopping for work clothes in preparation for getting a job in London. Went up to my dad's one day as well, went walking in the forest looking for mushrooms which we didn't find as it was too late and the deer had already eaten them all! Wednesday morning we caught the train down to Copenhagen to catch our flight to London.
