Narooma Shores Holiday Park

Got away about 9:15 this morning, rather reluctant to leave Mouya Heads.   Beautiful day yet again!   Cruised along down the highway until we came to Narooma.  A very picturesque drive again through lush green pastures and beautiful bush.  Entry to Narooma from the north is so pretty.  Beautiful Wagonga Inlet, the first waterway we saw.  Chose to stay at a Big 4 Park this time as we need to shower (sponge baths for the last couple of days and our hair is pretty ordinary) and do some washing.  The park is right on the Wagonga Inlet and is true to the Big4 Standard.  Very well maintained and clean amenities.

Went for a drive around the Narooma area out to Wagonga Head.  Walked out along the break wall and saw two beautiful seals!  One bathing on the rocks and the other frolicking in the water.  We watched them for a while… so graceful in the water.  Then the swimming one came out of the water onto the rocks to pose for us…. Sooo cute!

Checked out Australia Rock (pictured) and went up to the Bar Rock Lookout for an overall look around.  This is another really pretty town.  Went and checked out the spectacular Glasshouse Rocks (pictured) viewed from the headland containing the local cemetery.  Great day and the weather is perfect yet again!
