Day two saw us get up early and head off to see some rock formations, lakes, flamingos and volcanoes.

That evening we stopped at a small town called San Juan, and stayed in a hotel made entirely out of salt. We had a soccer match with some local kids, and we nearly died! Sport at 3.500 meters is a bit of a shock to the system...

That evening after dinner some of the local kids came into the hotel still full of puff, and played traditional music for us. After the kids left, we had a few beers, cracked open the Johnny Walker and sat in for the night.
