Another long day of driving but the scenery was mind-blowing as the road wound through the Anti-Atlas mountains. Around 10:35 we drove over the highest pass in Morocco - named Tizi-n-Tichka - at 2260m above sea level.

The drive came to an end in the village of Imlil (because we ran out of road - smiles) and most of us rode donkeys up the steep, gravelled path to our homestay. My music player was supplying me with Latin music during the ride ... somehow thought that it was appropo ... lol

Interaction with local Berber families was not as good as I expected. Maybe because all 12 of us were with the family and a host of other student visitors were there as well. I did have some henna done by one of the young girls.

Dinner was tasty & the entertainment by the ladies of the house was lively.
