A trip to the Hague

Gareth, our host here, and his wife, Joanne, were nice enough to invite us to join them on a drive to The Hague. There was an Art Deco faire in an old church that they wanted to see. The fair was fun to go to. I would have like to buy something there, but it was very expensive. It was still fun to look at all of the art. While we weren't there long, we did get a chance to walk through the old Medieval part of the city. The city was quite clean and had a lot of nice shops (although they were all closed since it was Sunday...believe it or not, many businesses in Europe still close down on Sundays...kind of nice for workers in my opinion!). We had a nice lunch and then we were on our way...Gareth, who is Welsh, had an important rugby game to get home to see. I am sure we will visit the Hague again!
