Monday was spent trying to get organized.
We went to the bank, exchanged some travelers checks at a reasonable rate to have some cash kicking around.
We also found out that it is not uncommon for ATMs in southern Argentina to run out of cash on weekends. Monday they get restocked but there is a limit how much you can withdraw (only $100).
Then we checked what there is to do here, and got a ticket out of town on the first available bus (on Friday morning, nothing sooner).
Having gotten all that arranged we felt a little more comfortable and getting back in the swing of things. To celebrate, we went to bed by 9 pm!
