I left the monestary and continued west. An early morning start and 4 hours later ,it was time to take a break. Enjoying the views, wildlife, the most amazing coloured woodpeckers that kept flyng in front of me.

A quick lunch stop and then I carried on in the midday sun, at 2pm, the temperature reached 45 degrees. It was simply  too hot to continue. So, I stopped to pitch my tent by a river, where I skinny dipped, washed my clothes and relaxed for the rest of the day.
