Me and taxis and airports donīt mix. In Cusco I paid about 5 times as much as I should have paid for a taxi to the accommodation. Today I paid twice as much, in US Dollars as well. Had it been Japan or Australia the taxi driver would have said something, but here, no. I know when wo go shopping for goods that tourist prices are much higher than regular prices and that tourist restaurants are much more than regular places.

So, Lima will be more of a stop over. I donīt think there will be much to do here for us as weīre only here for 2 days. Maybe itīs a good time to relax and so on. Maybe. Weīre a bit tired of being ripped off.

At least it isnīt so dry here. Our skin feels much better, and I can breathe.
