Jinghong

I've been to Jinghong for 3 or 4 days now! The weather is subtropical and I'm back on t-shirts and shorts. Rayanke and Esther were also here but they left 2 days ago and now I'm hanging out with Issabelle. We were supposed to be hiking and exploring the countryside but we've been sooo lazy that we only hang out at the Mei Mei cafe!

*** Ok, update:

I stayed in Jinghong for a week and didn't do much!! On the "sleeper" bus (not much sleep) from Dali I met Isabelle and on the first day we hang out at the city and met Rayanke and Esther on the afternoon. The next day we went to Mandian waterfall.. not much of a waterfall this time of a year but it was a good (short) hike on the forest to get there. Rayanke and Esther left (2nd time we say goodbyes) to Kunming. All the other days I was pretty much hanging out with Isabelle in town, except one day that we went to Menghan and some other village near by.. It was a fun week but a bit to long to stay in Jinghong.. especialy if you don't go for hiking.. and we were too lazy to do that!!
