Where I stayed
Well Im writing this from barcelona cause we didn't have any time to do it in paris, not cause we were sleeping....we hardly ever got to take our naps in paris theres just to much to see! Anyway moving on. We loved it. We spent 5 days in total there. On our first day we booked ourselves into a hostel in the latin quater, we had our own room with a sink! wow fancy, but no lights. We went and saw the Eiffel Tower, we thought strongly about climbing it, but the line was to long so we just lazed about working on our tans for 2 hours in front of it, its a hard life , but at least we made the atempt to think about climbing it. That night we went out for a cheap meal in a resturant, 9 euro for a 3 course meal! I (linda) THOUGHT I was getting a normal cod fish for starter but when it came it was all blended...I had a really hard time eating some of it even though it tasted like cod....it was blended and thats just not on.
We also saw the sacre coeur (spelling) which has the whole view of paris. We also went there the night before bastille day and it was crazy, kids were lighting fireworks towards people and these 2 french men annoyed us. We also went to see Norte Dame (very nice) The Louve (very big, way to big it got kinda boring even moya thought so to) Catacombs (amazing, sad & kinda scary but really good to see we got some cool photos of skulls and moya poked one) The other hostel we stayed in for our last 3 nights was really nice it had a pub downstairs which came in really handy cause it was cheap and we got to meet some really nice people...who were all americans! they were everywhere in Paris. It was great though cause they all thought that me and moya were just the funniest, we felt really good about ourselves coming out of that hostel.
The french were so nice to us, they helped us whenever they could....the spanish well thats a different story.
Thanks for reading everyone, hope you are all having you own fun!
