I had forgotten what rain felt like, after all that time in the middle east. However, stepping off the plane in the central european city of Budapest delivered a shocking 14C degrees (58F) and a strong rainy wind. I am loving it. Two hours earlier it was 35C in Istanbul, and of couse a few days ago it was 44 in Cairo. I had to dig out my sweater, and it was fun to feel layers again. However, lets hope by tomorrow it is dry and warm, because I have castles to see!
