Day 11 (evening)

Temperature: 12 degrees
Weather:  dark sky with stars

Everyone was waiting in the hotel's huge lounge for the doors to the dining room area to open.   You see, by now several other tour groups had arrived when Michel and I were out hiking in the wilderness and we were now all waiting for the same thing…to eat!   It was close to 7:00pm….five more minutes to go before the stampede to start!

In order to reach the dining room, we all had to walk through a very long hall in which at the end of it, an opening to the gigantic dining room, that looked more like a gymnasium, could be seen.   Tons of foods for every ones taste were on numerous tables all around the room.  I didn’t have any difficulty finding something to my liking.  Even had my picture taken with one of the chef…the pastry chef!

The room was elegantly decorated with round tables which could sit six to eight people each.  Our dining tables were already reserved, same for all other tour groups for that matter.

Well, we all ate like horses or pigs should I say!  After walking outside for a while, I retreated to my room fully exhausted of this very long but otherwise, fantastic day!

Statistics for the day:

Total Km:    Antalya to Pamukkale:  260 Km
Total time:   Antalya to Pamukkale:  5 hours
