Even though it was the last day, we decided to check out the Montana State Fair.  The livestock was gone but there were enough exhibits to keep us busy for a couple of hours.  The afternoon show featured Amanda Overmyer, an American Idol Season 7 finalist. 

Don was talking to some of the volunteers and they were saying that attendance was down by almost a third from previous years and they blame the economy.  Even so, they figure 100,000+ had attended over the two weeks of the fair.  Exhibits were also down.
