It's our last day in Paris and the last day of our trip. Paris must be sad to see us go because there was a huge downpour this afternoon shortly after we arrived at Pere Lachaise cemetery. This morning, before the rain, we went to the National Opera House. Unfortunately, there was a rehearsal in progress so we couldn't go in to the auditorium, but the parts we could access were fantastic. Pere Lachaise is even bigger than Montparnasse. We were able to find the graves of Jim Morrison and Chopin before the rain made us decide to head for cover.

After supper (hotdogs from the same place we got hotdogs from when we first got to Paris at the beginning of this trip) we went to the top of the Eiffel tower-the views of Paris are spectacular-and then had yummy Nutella and banana crepes.

Time to sleep and then head home tomorrow. Will put up the rest of the pictures once I'm back in Edmonton.
