Well the trip has finally start and like most things the start was pretty quiet. Just a simple drive from Glenden into Mackay.Thisafternoon I'll fly to Syndeywhere I'm staying the night with Jimmy Lewis an old mate from high school is quickly climbing the corporate ladder at the Macquarie bank. Tomorrow I'll head across back to the airport to fly to the San Fransisco and the onto Las Vegas. But before that I will tackle one of the more gruelling parts of the trip - lunch with my parents at the airport. It seems since they have retired they now have endless time on their hands and also discounted trainfares. This will be one of 3 opportunities that I have to run into my parents with the other 2 being in Europe.
Anyway not much really to report yet hopefully I can keep this interesting enough that you might check this once a week/month.
