Kiama deserves its own entry in its own right as it is avery popular run away from Sydney destination for the locals. Not one person says anything against Kiama and it was very easy to see why despite me getting there so late I could see the stretch of beaches and the paths for coastal walks which could last for hours was very beautiful to see.

However I had no time for this as I got there just before it turned 5pm and had until 17:57 to catch my train or face an 11 hour wait for the trains to run again to go back to Sydney...this was the danger of going to the temple however I see the silver lining in that it gives me a reason to go back down to Kiama in the summer.

I specifically went out of my way to visit Kiama's blowhole which is why I didn't go home straight from Wollongong and again it was very much worth the trip down there to see the blowhole which is a natural phenomena many people go to Kiama to see.

I have to say my technology was failing around me as the DSLR's battery died after taking the shot of the pink post office and my iphone only had 10% battery left so I had to be careful with taking pictures and videos on that and my other camera had an issue with its SD card...however I have caught glimpses on this occasion but will definitely see the delights of Kiama (despite this brief visit) when one fine day arrives.
