Saturday was a lazy day for us. It is hard being a tourist and all the touring had taken a toll on us. We went into the city to look around the temple bar area and collect our souvenirs. Our first stop was cows lane market. Cows lane market is all Irish handmade crafts. There is also a food and farmers market as well. The first place we came to was a women who made hats and fascinators. I thought her fascinators were very pretty and I took her card for Abra. The other stalls had jewelry, coats, wooden objects and even soap! It was cool that everything was local. I ended up buying a present for my mom there. On our walk through temple bar area there were a lot of things going on for saint pattys day. We then walked around Dublin looking for all the souvenirs we wanted. I bought my self black sheep socks and a lucky shamrock keychain made from 9000 year old Irish marble. The decision to head back early was an easy one, we were all so tired. For dinner we made pasta and green mash potatoes. It was important to get a good nights rest before the big day tomorrow!
