Like most good mornings in New Zealand, we started this day with coffee besides a gorgeous view.  Today we drove beside Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea, past the surprisingly bustling town of Wanaka and onto Queenstown - the adventure capital of the world.  We had both been here before and were immediately reminded of how much we liked this place.  Great views and lot's of energy surround this city.  After a day of running around we treated ourselves to a gourmet dinner on one of our few nights out in New Zealand.

Later in the week we found ourselves at Te Anau, the low-key version of Queenstown.  With similarly stunning views we enjoyed spending a night at this lakeside town.  In the morning, we heading off to do a great day hike in the Fiordland National Park along the Kepler Track.  Along the way we decided to call our route from Rainbow Reach to the Moturau Hut the great "Mushroom Walk". Never had we seen so many different kinds of mushrooms.
