It was a very short trip to Singapore. I just wandered around the city for only two days, visiting Little India, Chinatown and an Islamic Mosque.

After I went back to Bangkok with a Greek friend I met on the way, I flew to Singapore. Singapore airport was full of Japanese signs and it implied how many Japanese tourists visited. Actually, Singapore was a small island and I just spent two days, but it was not enough. My hostel was located on the second floor of a building on North Bridge Rd. I didn't realize that there was a guesthouse in there, but while I was looking for a guesthouse, someone told me. At first, it looked dirty and I thought I should have looked for somewhere else, but I was shown an OK room and I decided to stay there. During my stay, I visited Little India, trying Indian curry, and China Town somehow including Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple and Sultan Mosque.

Until the 15th of August, I had to go back to Kuala Lumpur to take a flight to Japan, but I was so stupid that I enjoyed sightseeing until the day before in Singapore and took the first bus of the exact day for KL. As a result, the bus was late and I missed my flight. So I bought another ticket for approx. 350 USD in Hat Yai and flew back to Nagoya from Bangkok on the 21st of September. That was my first and last time to miss a flight, but I should never ever do it again.
