First viewing of wildlife was from our hire car in Addo...

It was definitely an absolute highlight, I don't think I'll forget hearing and then seeing my first elephants wander down through the bush towards the water hole. I've just put up a couple of photos, but I don't think they really do it justice - we just sat & watched this water hole for at least 45 minutes, seeing the different groups of animals come in and move away! It really was amazing to see that many groups of elephants, but we also saw loads of antelope (including springbok, the national symbol of SA), warthogs, jackals, wildebeest & ostrich.
