I awoke at 8 this morning but didn't get up until 8,30. I ate a sugar coated scone for breakfast with a kiwi and banana and orange juice. I then got dressed and mother and I went out to the gym and did a work out. After exercising we did some stretches and then I ran on the treadmill for 15 mins. we then came back to our villa and had lunch. I was going to have pizza ( Hawaiian ) but I couldn't figure out how to work the oven. I had to call reception and have a guy come over to help me, boy was that embarrassing. After that I cooked my pizza and ate it with an orange and some fanta. I then practised some katas.
We decided to go out on the lake in a kayak. We got a kayak, but not the kind out usually see that you sit in. This was a big blue plastic thing that you sat on. It floated much closer to the surface so you could still go over very shallow water without getting stuck. We paddled around the lake for an hour. We gazed at all the houses, they're very big and grand. Though some of them are small and humble and I liked these the most. We saw lots of different birds; some swans, ducks, some coots and a shag. It was a nice day though a bit brisk and over all the ride was very enjoyable.
We came back and I lay down and did nothing for two hours. I spent the time thinking and daydreaming about what you all might be doing. Then I set the table for supper and we ate oysters, hamburger meat, carrots and broccoli, kumera (a yam/sweet potato like tuber vegetable).
The man at the general store across the street is very nice, a little too kind maybe but nothing has come of it. I asked him if he sold hand lotion and he said they had non but he was going into town to get some new stock and would get some for me. I also bought some gum from his store. He calls me sweet heart which is a bit strange but I think he's just trying to be nice so I take it as a compliment.
Enjoy the sun while it's out!
