Ok, two weeks since I've updated and not too much to report, as I'm mostly keeping my head focused on teaching, or spanking money on forgetting about the teaching. In the last two weeks, grammar, grammar, and bloody more grammar, it's allot to take in, have to feel sorry for the people trying to pick it up as a second language. I've done two more lessons since I last wrote, and have another one this coming Thursday. Another A- and a B, and getting a buzz from being in front of the class, albeit a very nervous buzz.

So Friday before last, went to see some drum and bass in the green mango (big party place, and many lady bars if that's your thing) area of Koh Sumui. The place gets packed, the gut djing was from full cycle, and I got blisters on my feet, couldn't walk the next day, and was drenched for the rest of the night. Loved it.

have made some really good friends, as well as the odd person I'd like to slap, Giles the bald headed estate agent off my course is the pick of the lot, and I can assure you there will be some pictures to come (not of him in the girly bars). We drink in allot (ish) in a bar called Molotov, where I've earned myself a free t-shirt due a night involving absinth. This bar is where all the efl ites hang out, and can be allot of fun, if not slightly predictable. Life on Sumui. EXPENSIVE!

One of the constant things that bug me, apart from the lady boys on the stagger home, is the trucks driving about advertising Thai boxing every single day. ' tonight, tonight, good fight, good fight, get up earlier, get up earlier......' you get the jist. The other thing that bothers me is every one asking me if I'm Swedish. Oh yeah and Chelsea for that mater.

The bar that I drink in has pictures of Ben and Duncan from St. Neots on the wall, which freaked me out a bit when I got here (for those of you who know them). They were some of the first customers when the place opened a few years ago. Then last Thursday Duncan turns up here with his sister, and we talked about Neot Nam, and the bad old days.

Last Thursday was Songkram, and Thai new year, and a hell of allot of water throwing, and powder smudging on the face. it's impossible to ex[plain just how wet you can get, it was great fun, with the water gun, and I took pictures on a camera that we purchased between us, to show all the fun, and then some pratt (me) lost the thing the following night, with only one picture left. DAMM!

Last Friday was spent in a foam party with Duncan, getting involved with some judo, before heading back to Chewang for a quick ride of the mechanical bull, and another slow Saturday.

Miss you all, may be in England at the end of July, for a special occasion, will make sure we hit as many spots as we can in a week. Lots of love.

oh yeah, if anyone can get Skype (it's free), you can speak on line (phone call)for no cost at all, and it even has video links. Would be good to chat, although not so good to look at some of your ugly mugs. Yeah that's right, I'm pretty now.

Stay well!
