Back in the capital, and the temperature is considerably hotter than last time we were here, sweat continuously poring. Arriving back on the Koh San road early in the morning can be an interesting experience. Several bars don't close all-night, and as the bars are open, drunken behavior is very close to the street. Also allot of guest houses are full at this time in the morning, so you have to go and sit and wait with coffee in the bar with all the debauchery, and makes you look down your nose at them. Trying to forget the times that you've been doing the same.

Bangkok, and St. Paddy's, by 8 am there are already small pockets of Irish (or people claiming to be) filling the bars, with bars complying with some Irish music. I and Kate spend the day in the shops, replenishing on the our cheap wardrobe, as well as doubling up on stuff we're sharing, as we are soon to be spending a month apart. An expensive pint of Guinness for lunch, followed by a large hit on my man points. As you may have noticed the lack of hair cut since I've been away, so went for a coloring, cut, shave, wash and a back rub. Needless to say the pictures should give you a little giggle, and I'm now the blondest in the couple again, and everyone thinks I'm Swedish.

A day or so in Bangkok, and you lose interest very easily, party resort, but two three days and you gotta get outa the place. Got keep moving.
