Dharamsala, or a little town up the moutain called McLoud Ganj is the home of the Dala Lama, and thousands of Tibetan Refugees, and from the first time we stepped of the bus looked across the himalayas, walked up the street with no hastle, i think we both knew that we were gonna be here for a while. lots of meditation centres, yoga etc, and lots of westerners and monks, and generally a relaxed feeling. so basically we've spent allot of the time eating, and drinking tea, occasional chats with people, and just having a good time
other highlights include jeff bridges sitting behind us in our hotel sun deck, apparently the fav haunt of richard gere (the excitment!). then we went to a sligtly posher hotel (trust me not posh at all), for our 3 year anversary. so long ago, student bar, bogof, lay ins. also brought some warm hippy clothing, for the mountains.
things are good
any messages keeping us up to date are really apprciated, and we trying to reply to them on here as well.
