just the morning spent in agra, for the last stop of our trip, and i would say that it is enough. the city is very polluted. anyway the most obvious stop on our callender, the Taj Mahal. a rip off to get in, indians pay 20 rupees, tourist pay 750, but well worth getting up early for, and watch the sun lighting it up. a real breath taker, but what else would you expect. the taj mahal was built by a mongul emperor as a tribute the one of his perfect wifes, who died at child birth. apperntly they think he died, incarserated by his only son, over dosing on opium, and aphrodisiacs. what a way to go.

haggling, and backsheash (tipping), the hardest thing for us along the way. always feel like everybody wants something (paranoid). you have to take your shoes off to go into a temple, you put them down, when you come back the man near them wants money, you give him 5 rupees, he says he wants more.
haggling, everthing starts at 10 times the price caus your white, and they act like your ripping them off for every rupee you save. every day, you become stronger, but it can be hard haggling a 10 year old child, for 10p on some pens your only buying so that he wont follow you back to the hotel. haggle on the hotel prices, the best plan is just to leave, then watch the price drop, it can be emotional and sometimes satisfying, sometimes you just pay them whattever they ask, just to avoid any hastle.
