way to buying my second property in San Antonio, Texas and plan to make

I sit here writing this success story I’m still in a bit of shock of
the purchase of my first property that closed yesterday. I just

To date in 2006, Swanson coordinated the 'Creative Edge' lecture
sponsored by SFCP and hosted by photo la entitled "The Business of
being an Artist". She attended The Photo Show (AIPAD) and will
presenting lectures at the SILVER symposium (March, Pasadena), the
National Meeting of the Society for Photographic Education (March,
Chicago) and the Agency VII West Coast Seminar (April, Pasadena).
Swanson will be giving the keynote address for the New England School
of Photography, as well as conducting her annual summer workshops in
Santa Fe and Maine, She will serve as a Portfolio Reviewer at Fotofest,
Review Santa Fe and the Rhubarb Festival of the Image in Birmingham,
England. When not meeting with photographers and attending industry
events, she will continue her personal work, her writings on
photography and industry volunteerism throughout the coming year.

Ms. Swanson has been working closely with photographic agencies
since starting her career at Magnum’s New York office in 1984. She has
a unique perspective on editing image files and marketing campaigns
targeted to the high-end buyer of imagery for commercial purposes.
Among the projects on which Ms. Swanson has lent her expertise:
* Identifying photographs within agency image files that have potential for sales in the high-end advertising markets.
* Providing current analysis of specific market segments towards
