Today our first destination was Lake Powell. After we packed up the camper, we headed over. On the way there we saw the world's second largest steel bridge. Not far up from the bridge, was a huge dam that was built to create Lake Powell. It was really neat to see a canyon with a gigantic lake in the middle. We were really hoping to rent a boat or something, but everyplace we asked was sold out. So we had to settle for going down to the lake’s shore and going for a swim. It was actually really fun. The lake got deep pretty quickly, but the water was the perfect temperature. Me and the boys swam for an hour or two before we left. Dad had decided he wanted to camp next to Bryce Canyon, we found a camp ground in a really nice park where you could see some of the neat mountain structures of Bryce. We set up the pop up, and quick drove out to see some of the Bryce views as the sun was setting. It was beautiful how the sun lit up the orange rock formations.
