Well, I don't have alot to say...I have been back in Philly staying with Stevie for 3 days and just went to see the City yesturday. Running at the park or swimmimg or laying around the pool. Deets hosted a BBQ on Thurs, wicked. Then Friday AM/PM we went for Delassandro's, neat corner diner with round stools for Philly cheese steak sandwich's. Real good. Cure any hangover. Other famous spots -Chubby's, Pat's, etc. We cruised North Philly (Filthydelphia) and then crossed over Franklin bridge to tour the USS New Jersey (Big J) 887 ft long retired 1991 battleship. 19 battle campaign stars WWII Pacific and Beirut 80's. Tomahawk missles, 16 ft guns that could penetrate 24 ft of reinforced concrete, located in the Delaware River. Cool to see but skip the veteran tour.
We then went downtown. South St - trendy bars and shops. Broadway to view the beautiful City Hall, and Jewellery Ave loaded with diamond shops. Other sites, Benjamin Franklin's grave, Independance Hall historical political site. Liberty Bell. Well...another tough day concluded with a college party. 'Zip' party with all the dental gang. Free kegs, table pong drinking and darts is popular with another staggerring conclusion at the 'Clubhouse' at the pool. I am going to Hershey today. That's right....Hershey Chocolate factory, Pennsylvania!
