The masseur has not managed to fix my back, but we are still able to leave this morning. After a bit of shopping it is about a 120 km drive to the town of San Juan Del Sur. This was an important town on Cornelius Vanderbilt's Trans Isthmus crossing. Today it is a major tourist spot, it's a pretty little town situated in a fairly compact bay with a strip of dark sand running around to the cliffs at each side of the bay. We are actually parked right next to the beach on the road just opposite the police station. (N11.15.028 W 85.52.409)
18th- A walk around town today and we actually found a real chiropractor so at last my back has basically been fixed. It is a very nice town, kept clean and almost no potholes on the main roads at least. We are next to the fish market so it gets interesting seeing all the different fish they have caught being cleaned and sold.
19th- A lazy day today, I have to rest for the day after it was fixed and so it is just a gentle stroll again.
