We finally managed to get outta Bangkok and hit Kanchanaburi by means of bus. took 2 hours, was not bad after all, cost 85Bt each, which is about one pound sixty at the mo!

we have been chilling in the sun, went round a museum, i bought Donna some mini doughnuts... what else?? oh yeah we a re going over the Bridge over the River Kwai tomorrow and heading to some waterfalls (Erawan, very beautiful so the tour agent explained with the glint in their eye ('cos now they've got our wonga no doubt))

you can actually go to a temple near here and get in the pen and stroke the tigers. yes, tigers. not cute bunny at Pets at Home, no, a bloody massive tiger and some of his undernourished mates. I'm not so much up for it but Donna is like, 'c'mon babe stop being a pussy!'

we're not really going although i'm really quite curious. they say don't wear red cos it will get the tiger all mad.

like they're fashion critics or some guff like that. 

anyways, I'm well up for riding an elephant, should be pretty cool!!

gonna add some photos then go hunt for cheap chinese food on the strip. laters y'all! xxx
