Well here is our first Travel Blog input.
For all that have not caught up Rebecca, Myself, Jack, Sarah and Rachael have chosen to leave the comfort of our Melbourne Life and spend 12 months travelling around Australia in a Nissan 4WD and a Caravan as per Photo ( a bit of a change from a 4 bedroom home in Melbourne).
After Rebecca finishing at Rimfire at the start of August she was hard at working at home organising to get the entire repair we needed done on the house so we could rent it out. (Unfortunately not yet rented so if you now someone gives us a call). I then finished on the 19th of September for 12 months; probably a week or two later than I should have, and the whole family spend a mad 4 days getting all our furniture into storage and organising what we need to take with us for 12 months on the road .
We will now spend the next 2 weeks in Toowoomba organising ourselves getting ready to go. We need to get the car serviced and pick and install all the things that we don't know we needed. Having never travelled in a caravan before and wanting to be organised it is driving me mad not knowing what I need to know. (I will survive and we will find out from all the grey nomads along the way)

We aim to leave here and head for Longreach then back to Birdsville down the track and south into Adelaide
