So the time has come for me to start planning my exchange trip and make the big move to one of the greatest city( I hope)–Vancouver!

Although the next 3 months seem like quite a long time to wait, I've suddenly realised the lengthy list of to-do’s that I need to attack before I leave. So I found myself today (after 2 months since I have been accepted to study in Vancouver for one semester) in a terrible hurry of booking my tickets.

Have to say prices were getting soooo expensive and I’ve been so lucky to wake up today and be in the mood of: "Today I will have to find a good offer that is going to take me away to a place of adventures and new energy!"

So here we go! Thought Momondo is going to be nice to check and that was exactly what I wanted! I was looking for only one stopover flights as I don’t want to find myself in the middle of Vancouver wearing the same clothes for more than a day. Not that I wouldn’t like the adventurous spirit of it and the creativity behind the situation BUT I can do that later after I’ll move in.

I have to say that I found a really good return offer for 850 euros and I’ll manage to get back home right on time: before Christmas (on 23rd of December).

Going to be heading to London (Heathrow) on 27th of August and continuing to Vancouver afterwards!

Here’s a little schedule of my trip:

I have never explored Heathrow and neither have I travelled with British Airways so this is going to be a very new experience that I am so looking forward to live! I’ll come back with a post related to more information about my longest flight so far, soon!

Even if I am going to travel alone *as I usually do * I am not scared or skeptical at all as during my trips I’ve met so many nice people and I’ve established great relationships that I’ll never forget! (gotta write about one of my nicest flights soon!)

My friend, Vaida is going to be there waiting for me and we will have several days off in order to experience the lovely Vancouver!

So far, so good! Had a productive lucky day and booked my ticket right when I expected to find a good offer the least!

Thinking about the future makes me feel soo enthusiastic! “A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step”, they say I took a very small step today out of my whole new experience and I’m ready! Are you ready to follow me travelling?
