So as the first day in San Fran dawned there was alot of waking and sleeping..trying to keep the head down for some shut eye to help the jet lag...it worked well too. the bright sparks Eoin and Ann suggested to cycle to the golden gate bridge and with advice from Ger, the four of us set off (including cousin Kevin)  twas  very windy but we got to stop off at pier39 and along the Wharf.    we all had seen it before but its always different on a bike...the thrill of nearly getting knocked down :) we ploughed through the wind and hilly obstacles and eventually reach our rewarding goal of the GG bridge.there were views of Alcatraz Alcatraz

 on the way and of the bridge in the distance ..then paying a short visit to the Crazy town of Sausalito (looking forward to the reunion) we ferried our way home and back up those wonderful hills to Ger and Emilys
