Wake up feeling like crap, which is becoming typical as of late. I meet Mel at the beach later and not only that but I get to meet her mom, hmmmm, weird. Her mom doesn`t speak English so our conversation lasts about as long as a fight would last between me and Hogger. Mel bought her mom a car for her birthday earlier this year. What, ok, I don`t understand this. How is she that rich? I mean I could care less about the money, it`s more just my inquisitive mind wants to know how a 22 year old girl has that kind of money (and I`m pretty sure her family isn`t loaded). I mean, she models in Germany but there`s no way she earns that kind of bucks modeling. I saw a picture of her earlier sitting in a club with bottles of Cristal and she was holding up a black American Express card. If you don`t know what a black American Express card is, google it, I`m sure it`s pretty interesting reading. But basically it is the most exclusive and elusive credit card ever issued (as far as I know). I have no idea if it is hers or not, it could have been someone else`s who was attending the function I suppose. Later I find out that she used to be married. Ok, that has to be it. She married some super loaded freak, divorced him after a year and took him for half. Makes sense to me. I don`t know if this is correct or not, just what I assume. But then even later I find out that her ex-boyfriend owns 7 nightclubs around the world and apparently he still buys her all kinds of shit. This chick definitely lives in the fast lane (whatever happened to that TV show, Tiffany Amber Thiessen and Bill Belamy, come on man, that`s gold). At one point Mel tells me my eyes are yellow, what, get out of here, and she hands me a mirror that she pulls from her bag (yep, she has a fucking mirror at the beach, yah, that`s sensical) so I can look. Good day at the beach as the weather was perfect but I`m completely wiped and I don`t make it out later as I ignore all of Mel`s text messages and phone calls.
