What a beautiful drive from Minneapolis to Fargo. I was surprised that the topology wasn't completely flat, and, for some reason, I was expecting more trees, but the road was mostly farmland and beautiful lakes. The pictures include scenes from the road, as well as Fargo itself.

As you probably know, Fargo was named after the "Fargo" in Wells Fargo, originally a stage coach company, and now a big bank. You should also know that Fargo is the biggest city in North Dakota at just over 100k residents. The city itself is pretty small, and many active trains run through the city. We were there for about an hour and saw at least 4 trains go by.

Off to Sioux City, Iowa!
