Hiiii,
We arrived in Dalat with 3days to kill and not much to kill in them so we started our explorations by heading to a cafe for lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly jolly lady who was funny, maybe a little overly friendly, she even cut up Becky's fish for her when she forgot to give us knives and forks. We noticed lots of the notorious Dalat Easy Riders were sat drinking green tea in the cafe. There was another couple eating and they were being talked into taking a trip, normal, as everywhere you go someone always wants your business.
A couple of the riders sat across from us said hello and asked where we were from. To cut a long story short, we were seduced by Philip and Tin Tin and agreed to go on a four day trip to Saigon (HCMC) with them..... even though we'd already bought our bus tickets there haha, suckers.
We decided to have a rest day on the 23rd, we did nothing allll day, except enjoy our hotel's open-sided rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the streets below.
We were picked up at 8.30am from our hotel the next morning by Philip and Tin Tin and we watched with uncertainty as they strapped our 5 bags to the back of their bikes (the front wheels lifted off the ground).
Then we were off! xxxx ps Luke says 'woo!' xxxxx
