Where I stayed
Yannakis Hotel

Yesterday was our last day on Mykonos and today we head for Santorini.  But I wanted to include some pictures of the hotel we stayed at and the town and so on.  The Hotel Yannaki is wonderful!  The host Yanni is warm and welcoming and has incredibly friendly staff.  When we wake in the morning, we open the doors to our balcony and can greet the morning sun.  We hear the calls of roosters and the occasional goat and at night we are serenaded by frogs!  The pool is warm and salty and the pool side service luxurious.  Prices are reasonable, though, unexpectedly.

We'll add more to this later, but I want to upload some photos quickly so I can go eat breakfast and still make the transfer to Santorini on time!

Great Pix, Myki
Know where I'm staying whenever I get to Mykonos- a real find. One of the really striking aspects of Greece are all the white buildings. Set against the bluest of skies and crystal blue waters, they leave one with the impression of pureness and grace. Your pictures capture the essence of the place, and make me want to go back. Thanks for sharing these. Have a spanokopita and a gyro for me.

Health,
David
