Today we arrived on the island of Ambergris Caye. Before our tiny plane set down on the even tinier dirt road, we were treated to a gorgeous aerial view of the reefs in the surrounding area. The water was so incredibly blue and clear, you could see the most amazing detail in the topography of the ocean landscape for as far as the eye could see.
After exploring the blazing hot and dusty streets of San Pedro, I went out on a night dive with Amigos Del Mares to the Hol Chan Park Reserve. It was absolutely incredible! I have always loved night dives because of the brilliant colours and unique ocean night life.

Sting Rays were everywhere, nestled into the sandy bottom between two shallow walls.
