With the last day with the van soon approaching we decided that we needed to use it to our full advantage. And with the newest addition to our traveling adventure, Cabin 40, there was no better use for the van than going to the Salvation Army to buy beds.

The van was filled to capacity when we left with the beds, forcing me and Danni to walk home while Molly drove. However it happened, Danni and I were walking to the enterance to the Motorpark just as Molly was driving up AND being pulled over. We had no idea what her offense was...from what we could tell she was doing everything legally and there was no way she had been speeding...the van barely travels at the rate of the speed limit.

Danni and I walked by, as if we had no relations with the van, and noticed that the female cop was chatting away with Molly like they were old friends. When we all reconviened back at the house we were shocked to find out that when the cop approached the van she said, "this is one outrageous van you have. I've been following it for a bit and could only wonder if it was legally registered." Of course when she saw Molly with her collared Polo and pearl earrings she continued with, "is this van yours?"

As a technicality she checked Molly's drivers lisence which claimed her as a Floridian. And like any other true Kiwi the cop wanted to chat all about Florida with Molly.

We couldn't believe that on the last day of driving the van we got pulled over. But at least it was for being "outrageous" and didn't come with any negative reprocusions. We'll miss that van.
