Flag of Egypt  , Nile River Valley,
Tuesday, December 28, 2010

Luxor is one of the most historically significant cities in Egypt. Dating back thousands of years, it now houses the ruins of temples, tombs, monuments, and stelae.

As it to be expected, it is jam-packed with tourists. Well, I'm hardly one to complain. Besides, this many tourists just means that there's that much good stuff to see.

You can't take your own pictures at the Valley of the Kings, so the pictures from that are purchased postcards. The ones from Luxor and the Temple of Karnak are my own.
