Sophie and I left Cobden at noon. My mother was driving us to meet my Grandparents who would then drive us to Montreal. We stopped at Wendy's to get what will be our last Wendy's for at least a year. Sophie and I both prefer Wendy's as a secret pleasure over McDonalds or Burger King. We had some good omens for the trip when our meal was given to us for free due to the debit card machine crashing when we tried to pay. We would have happily payed some other way but whatever. Arrived at my Grandparents in Ottawa at 2:00 and, after a quick look at my Grandfathers new lawnmower, we left for Montreal. My Grandparent's kindly bought us some poutine at the airport and then we all said goodbuy. Sophie and I checked in and did some duty free shopping. Two bottles of perfume and a purse for Sophie, Two big bottles of Crown Royal for me ($30 can you F'ing believe it?!). We got on the plane at 9:00 and left for France
