! We hada blast and dad and mom found some interesting shells and rocks. We were once again back on the road in search of peggy's cove to eat some supper. Let me just tell you Peggy's Cove was incredibly beautifully breathtaking!! We loved the views and all feasted on fish n chips except Jay who opted for some good ol pasta! We left with tons of pics and a full belly. By thios time it was about 8:30 and we still had a drive ahead of us to get to our hotel in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We got lost and ended up at our gorgoues, newly built hotel at about 10 o clock at night. Whats so amazing about this is Heidi never slept soo she was extremly tired. We all got in, got cleaned up and hit the sack the girls before the parents. The hotel was gorgoues and had plenty of room for our whole family and dads ego!! Tomorrows going to be more of a relaxed day and I couldn't be happier!!
Well today was very adventerous in many many ways.....alright lets begin first think Mom and Dad woke the girls up and informed them that they had 20 minutes to get ready so that we could catch the ferry called the Cat into Nova Scotia. The ferry was quite an amazing ride, the ocean, the coastline were both mind boggling. Heidi and Jay watched Madagascar escape to Africa in the childrens lounge while the oldies spent our life saving in the on board casino. As the miles past, the drinks our responsible parents increased...ok so they had nothing stronger than chocolate milk. The ride was about 3 hours long and spat us our into Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, the pride and beauty of Nova Scotia...NOT!!! We spent hours driving through dead end hick towns inhibited with nothing but has beens and antiques, and that was just the people!!! After we drove through some crap towns we ended up at a beautiful white sand beach with waves crashing onto the sand. Unfortunatly it was 13 degrees and windy as hell but that didnt stop Heidi from running around in her undies and Jay from getting soaked from head to toe in the salty waves
