Arrived in Mana and the sun was shining - great stuff! Immediately changed into swimwear and fried!

Ratu Kini's was the name of the resort where we stayed for two nights. Met James and Innis from Australia - cool folks. On the first night we had an international crab race (hermit crabs). We got the Scotland entry - Amazing Grace who came last but he was cute. We ended up chatting to a few others which was handy because it lashed the next day so we all played cards.

Jay got in trouble with Peter (an Irish guy from Kildare we met the night before) when they went out kayaking even though the kayaks were only to be used by the people staying in the luxury 5 star resort further down the beach! They told the guy who rented the kayaks that they were staying in room 28. They ended up flipping the kayak and loosing some of the equipment. By the time they got back to the beach the guy had checked if they were staying in the hotel and found that room was empty so he charged them for loosing the equipment.

Had a Fijian night before we left. The guys at the resort dressed up in traditional clothing and explained how they were made and the reasons behind them. Then they did some war and fire dancing. Good way to finish.
