We started our day at the reindeer stable. The animals were so gentle and friendly. We were able to get both a Studio Y shot and 12-24 outfit done very efficiently with great results. Visit www.youtube.com/maurices to view model Dani talking about the fun she had feeding the reindeer after her shot.
After the stable we got some great pictures in front of Santa's house and then the famous North Pole post office
We also had so much fun with new accessories and footwear throughout the day. The holiday season will introduce new boots, party-ready heels, and a wide assortment of jewelry for every outfit. Check out the photos in this blog to see the pieces we used.
One of the most popular attractions, especially on a hot day was an icy pole at the center of the park. Topped with a North Pole sign, this common photo stop for guests was almost unbelievable due to the heat, but all day and night this pole stays frozen.
In addition to costumed characters and amusement park rides, Santa's Workshop also had several themed gift shops that we used in our photos. Both the Glass Blowers Shop and Hat Maker's Shop were part of our afternoon schedule. Model Sarah wore a work-ready, tailored vest and pants in one picture outside the Glass Blowers Shop and a more casual look inside the Hat Shop.
We ended our day in a cute building with an arched door and stained glass windows. Using both the interior and exterior of the building gave us several options for our last few outfits of the day. We guarantee that if you have a holiday party to attend this winter, these outfits that arrive in November will work great.
Thank you Matt Stanley Operations Manager, and the entire staff at Santa's Workshop for working with the maurices crew. We had a great time and we can't wait to share the final products from our day in the North Pole.
