Karen managed to get a few days off work so we planned a mini trip to Melbourne for some quality bro and sis time.  What we didnt realise is that Scotty and Lynds would be there at the same time.. I was so excited to see scot, shame lynds couldnt make it out.

We checked into our hostel and went out and it was only 10 mins before we were in the pub LOL. We waited for scot and I jumped on him when he arrived, so weird to see people after so long away, but great!. We looked around Melbourne which i think is a wicked place.  It has amazing architecture and is stunning in the center on the river. I think it has more of a cool vibe than Sydney but doesnt have as much sun or beaches. 

I managed to walk into a pole in a pub and have about 10 people laugh at me.. so embarresing. then we went of for a night out....and i cant belive it but we booked onto a Neighbours Trivia night.. oh dear.  It was worse than i had imagined, and gutted that Carl kennadys band were not playing tonight.  It was chav central and we left. but funny all the same.

Me and karen went out and had a wicked night.. so much drinking and met lots of different people, and ended up having a last drink in a casino at 6 am... all in all a very succesful little mad trip then straight back to sydney.
