Hello Everyone!

Tomorrow I leave for Haiti at 6:30am. For the last two days I have been in a pretraining screening during which I have met the other volunteers I will be training with in Haiti. There are 35 of us and there is a wide background represented. Everyone seems great and well cut out for Peace Corps. We are all anxious and it is so great to realize that everyone is feeling the nervousness that I feel. We all are concerned about what we packed, where we will live, what Haitians will think of us, etc. I have to run back for the afternoon session. It has come up that I might not have e-mail at all for the first three months so I will be sending snail mail out to those addresses that I have. If anyone does not think that I have your address, please send it to me and I will be sure to send you a postcard, a letter, or something. I wish everyone all the best and I will be in touch!
