Had a layover in London Heathrow.  I guess they had some pretty bad weather here today, flights were all delayed and all the Euro's were feisty and they were yelling at the airline employees.  As if the lady at the ticket counter can do anything about it!  The funny thing is that even when they are pissed, they sound so proper and funny with that english accent, it's kinda hard to take em seriously.
