This morning we woke up, ate breakfast, and packed up the campsite. We headed over to the northeast side of the park to the two Tuolumne Meadows. We stopped at Olmstead point along the way and we could see people climbing up the cables on half dome. We had to use binoculars to be able to see the climbers. We swam in Tenaya Lake but we used it more as a bath rather than a recreational swim. The water was also freezing. We walked down the beach and back up to the car. We then drove over to pot hole dome where we climbed to the top of the rock and took a nap. It was very relaxing to say the least. Once we woke up we went out of the park to find our campsite. It was about 20 miles away from the exit. Once at the campsite, we started a fire and hung out and looked for constellations for the rest of the night. We kept the rainfly off of the tent and we could see the constellations through the tent. This is what camping is all about.
