We flew into Madrid for a quick two day visit. Crazy to think of hitting Spain in just two days, but we absorbed as much as we could on our minimal budget. We celebrated our three year anniversary over tapas and sangria. Our dinners were eaten out on the streets over numerous plates of tapas at different restaurants in the Plaza de Santa Ana.

We even found a last minute deal on this fantastic show called Mayumana. The show is like Stomp from a few years ago, but even better with dancing and music. The troupe bangs in unison and creates music and dancing with anything you can think of. Guessing it will tour through the States soon, check it out.

You will see a photo of the thickest hot chocolate ever created, almost like frosting in a cup. Most of our favorite things in Madrid revolved around food, we were sad to leave the gastronomical adventures. We got some Spanish under our belt before heading to South America. Excited for what is to come next in our last new continent!
