We dog sat for Jacques, our fellow Canadian traveller, while he took Jenny on a strawberry and temple tour last Sunday.
Like Jacques, Bali is shy and takes a bit of time to warm up but pretty soon we were all enjoying each other's company. Jacques got her in China as a tiny puppy and brought her here to the land of the tea cup dog. Most Korean's say she is a 'big dog' even tho she weighs like 25 lbs; she has stilt legs which makes her appear bigger. She gave our neighbour quite the scare as the women loves to leave her door open during the day (?) and Bali got confused by the open door. Matt went in after her and said the women look terrified! Makes me want to bring back a mastiff when I come home.... oh no.....
We took Dog and Cat out on our veranda to bond- and it went..
A bit of trivia, no Korean can say: Jacuqes, and it took several days of saying garagggggggggggge.....Jjjjjjjacques to get Jenny to pronounce it properly. She still can't do it without a bit of practice. Imagine dating someone who couldn't say your name?
We took Vinny in to meet the kids and because there is no 'V' in Korean they all called him 'Binny' to Scott and I now that is his nick name....

Bali
. well better then expected but there was still some snobbery on the cats part of course. Vinny got his first taste of his wild side as he scaled the gazebo.A bit of trivia, no Korean can say: Jacuqes, and it took several days of saying garagggggggggggge.....Jjjjjjjacques to get Jenny to pronounce it properly.
